Hiking, Trekking and Mountaineering Packs
These backpacks are fitted on back length. This is measured from your C4 vertebrae (the boney protrusions when tipping your head forwards) to the centre of the hip bone (where you 'put your hands on your hips'). It is useful to have a friend help with this measurement.
